INTRODUCTION TO POLE LEVEL 1
Have you always wanted to learn pole dance but didn't know where to begin? This course will teach you the fundamentals to pole, and the knowledge to execute moves safely in a supportive, and most importantly fun environment. Whether you are totally new or have some experience and want a refresher- this is right for you

LEVEL 2 SPIN POLE
A step up for students who have completed one or more terms of our beginner spin class. This term offers a new set of moves and more up the pole moves as you keep building your strength and skillset.

INTRODUCTION TO SPIN LEVEL 1
Spin is similar to beginner pole, except your pole is set to spin, not static. This is a faster paced style with different moves from the introduction to pole course and will challenge you while you work out momentum and gravity

POLE FIT (Level 1- 2)
A 6 week boot camp/ additional strength class aimed at building core, upper body strength and fitness. This will cover mostly strength and muscle engagement and is a supplementary class to work on conditioning. Some elements of pole dancing will be incorporated, but it is not essential to have any background knowledge of this. This is more challenging than our Introduction to Pole course
PAYMENTS: We require payment up front at the time of registration.
All fees are GST inclusive and are non-refundable. We are unable to refund term fees should you chose to discontinue throughout the term
Each term runs for 6 weeks and has a set fee for the whole term
NEW TERM: STAY TUNED FOR NEW DATES FOR LATER 2023
All block courses are $108 each with the exception of Pole Fit bootcamp which is $85
Private lessons $40 hour, dependent on availability
We will be offering more “try it out” classes for those who want to give it a go before committing to a 6 week block. We’ve successfully run three so far. Stay tuned for more trial class dates to be announced.
Each try it out class has a casual fee of $10 payable via cash or bank transfer prior to the day. Minimum 4 people for each trial class to go ahead
